My journey in construction began over 15 years ago in the film and television industry, where I worked as a carpenter and set builder with IATSE Local 44. I spent years building detailed sets for major movies and TV shows—projects that demanded precision, creativity, and the ability to bring a vision to life under tight timelines. Every build had to be right, because once the cameras rolled, there were no second chances. That experience shaped how I approach construction today. As work in the entertainment industry slowed in California, I decided to take control of my future and channel my skills into something more personal and lasting.

I earned my California General B Contractor license and shifted my focus to residential remodeling—helping homeowners create spaces they truly love. Through Talar Orit, I now work closely with clients throughout the Conejo Valley to design and build kitchens and bathrooms that reflect their lifestyle, taste, and daily needs. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every project starts with listening—understanding how you live, what inspires you, and how your space can work better for you. Whether it’s a bathroom designed for comfort and accessibility or a kitchen meant to be the heart of your home, my goal is to guide you through the entire process—from concept and design to construction and completion—with clarity, honesty, and craftsmanship you can trust. I take pride in doing things the right way: proper planning, quality materials, clean work, and clear communication everystep of the way. The same care and attention I once brought to film sets now goes into creating beautiful, functional spaces that my clients can enjoy for years to come.
